Report from the FNNF We-Space network meeting

31. Jul 2023

Our network is a coming together of all We-Space-actives, as we pass on impulses from our personal practice into our immediate living environment. And in the meantime, a variety of initiatives has emerged, ranging from first group experiences to individual settings or beginning neighborhood initiatives or even mindful dialogue impulses into one’s own family or circle of friends.

Today we would like to share here a few spotlights from the network meeting in Besse on 7/28/2023: It was an inspiring, supportive mixture of an open exchange of experiences of the We-Space impulse givers* with their current regional and personal experiences and a deepening input of Michael Plesse on the inner map of our network organism. In our network, we are focused on the great development of potential, which ranges from very personal development to participation in the social change of the present. And we are oriented towards a low-threshold, inviting, simple participation. We are interested in what emerges, what shows up and we follow this emergence listening, researching, co-creating.

At this point three essential background energies are working between us: Synthesis, Synergy & Synarchy.

The synthesis effect is felt by passing on something of what each one develops & unfolds for him/herself personally through the E-Wake cycle outward into our concrete life environments, effortlessly, as it suits us and as we love to do! Here, mutual cooperation and appreciative communication is important to us as part of the network culture in which we use this energy for cohesion. This synergy works at the same time inwardly and outwardly as a cooperation of best intentions from the heart level.

The synarchy is the way we work together and where active agency, competence and responsibility are appreciated in a differentiated way. Here we can see how a lived new, fractal thinking ability works, where everyone as part of a bigger one in his/her full competence takes over the leadership and the responsibility for a certain phase, thereby touching the common unfolding potential and being decisive in taking action for this period or for this task. We understand (and explore) ourselves as fractal oriented togetherness. Neither hierarchical nor “everyone has to say the same thing about everything”.
But rather as a self-organizing organism, in which voluntariness, reliability, commitment and a libidinous agency free from the assumption of “having to perform something” can flourish … and simply: YES, we simply feel like living and researching together in the world we live in!
